BY LAW LIMOUSINES ARE LEGALLY RESTRICTED TO A MAX OF 8 PASSENGERS

PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE DRIVER TO EXCEED THESE LIMITS!

We always require a deposit to secure any Limousine booking which is not re-fundable.
Full payment must be made before the journey may commence.
All our Limousines by Law will not carry more than 8 passengers.
We do not allow smoking or eating of any food in our Limousines. We like to keep our Limousines clean and fresh for all our customers.
If you wish to cancel your booking on the day of the Hire payment will still need to be payed in full.
ALL front facing passengers by Law must wear their safety belts.
Once seated all passengers MUST remain seated at all times and not move around the Limousine while in motion. If we were to need to break suddenly Bridgewood Limos will not be liable for any injuries.
Any person found to be shouting out of the windows at any time after warnings will have the journey terminated. The Police have warned limousine companys about this.
We reserve the right to charge a £150 cleaning charge in the event that someone becomes sick or excessive spilling of beverages.
Reservation times will be enforced with no exceptions. If you wish to extend your time there must be no interference with any current reservations and a charge of £25.00 per 30 minutes will be made.
The person who booked the limousine will be liable for any damages to the limousine by any person in the vehicle during the hire period and shall be billed to their credit card accordingly.
Ever one must be over 18 years of age for alcohol to be consumed in the limousine.
We do not allow any Drugs in our limousines: any one found using any illegal substances would be severely dealt with by the Police.
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the journey under any circumstances that may endanger him and /or the vehicle with out refund.
We do not accept any responsibility for missed appointments, reservations and airline departures due to mechanical failure, bad weather, traffic congestion or any other reason.
We are not responsible for any items left in the limousine. A delivery fee to return any items left in the limousine will be charged.
The chauffeur will wait for a max of 15 minutes after the stated pick up time, after which he may leave regardless of any passengers not in the Limousine.
All glasses must be placed back in their proper holders and not left standing in the bar area.
If the Limousine were to break suddenly and the glasses are not in their holders, the sum of £10 per broken glass will be billed to the client’s credit card.
Any additional drop offs are charged from £10 per drop. Details of these need to be put on the back of the booking form above or there may not be time on the night.
The limousine has a selection of CD’s for your listening pleasure and after each journey they are checked. If any are found to be missing then the amount of £20 shall be debited to the client’s credit card.
Children’s Parties- Due to recent accidents involving glasses no children under the age of 16 will be allowed to use the glasses in the limousines.
I confirm I have read these terms and conditions and the details on the confirmation form and understand them and will conform to them.
We cannot be held responsible for cancelations due to bad weather conditions if the journey has to be cancelled the deposit is non-refundable but where possible we will change to another available date
